Having recently cleaned the kitchen and sold extra cake tins and other bakeware, this is the first time I've really noticed how damaged my glass baking tin is from cutting desserts and pastries directly into the pan. This nylon knife did it! Durable enough to cut through brownies and cakes and will definitely extend the life of my pans. Worth the price!
