The strap is fine but when I ordered it the product was .

Straps are fine but when I ordered they promised delivery by Friday (I needed them as I was towing my trailer on Saturday morning). He didn't come on time. The tracking number was useless as it only showed that it left its place of origin to reach its destination. I finally received the suspension after returning from a trip. This was after I cut the wires in my truck and connected them directly to the controller. Summary; good product terrible delivery.
