I literally cannot live without these filters. I have tried other brands and none of them are suitable for drain or garbage disposal. I use them in kitchen sinks, bathtubs and sinks. They stop everything that shouldn't go down the drain. In the kitchen, only water goes down the drain, it retains even the smallest bits of food and is easy to clean. I use a Lysol wipe to wipe away the dirt and it all comes out right away. In the bathroom, she catches hair and small debris. I blow my hair over the bathroom sink and I have LOTS OF HAIR. None of this goes down the drain. This strainer holds all of my hair and I just pull it out with my fingertip. Highly recommended.
