My HP Omen has a gaming hub that I was able to replace my Hyper x Fury 16GB memory modules with, but I have no option with these new ones and I can't even match the color with the Change Ngenuity App. My computer reads RAM fine, but there is no way to change RAM. However, he did a great job with the same smaller version of the sticks. HP couldn't help by calling Hyper x. If anyone has this answer please help. Otherwise I'll assume it's defective and get a replacement.
