Best full length compression tights for short to medium runs

I had the pleasure of purchasing a pair of CW-X Stabilyx compression tights early in the fall (2012) season. So far they've worked great. I love love love the feeling of extra support around the knees thanks to their unique design. The long waist is really good. The only thing that would make this product better would be if they had better "boys" support before compressing, similar to the skins cup design. A little background: I'm an ultramarathoner who runs 50-80 miles a week. . I have used compression products from 2XU, Skins, Under Armor and Sugoi and these tights are way better. I'll be back to let you know how many miles I can get in this outfit, but based on the performance of other compression tights I'm expecting 400-500km. Worth it except for long runs. I'm going to snap a chainring because the seams on these tights aren't flat and have quite a frayed edge that will almost cut your balls in half on every 9-10 mile run (and that's even with a lot of body slip). . So for short or medium runs they are great. If you go further, look elsewhere for maximum comfort.
