Well, that's an update, Joby swapped once, and the second one is now cracked in the same place. I've used it maybe a dozen times, no extreme bends. I only got it 2 months ago, have used it about half a dozen times, and one of the cups on the top has already cracked and the stem keeps falling out. It has never been bent around anything, I have used it to support the DSL as a tripod or to hold it.
