
I usually make dough in a bread maker instead of baking loaves in it. The dual blades and extended 3lb pan mean I can make a lot more bread dough - enough for 4 loaves. I tried baking a bread in a skillet using a 2lb loaf recipe and it browned and rose nicely. Note. I originally bought this bread maker from Williams-Sonoma but returned it because it made a horrible clanking noise while kneading. But I really liked the features so I bought a second one from Revain. This one works great. I LOVE IT!
