I have a Neptune Apex Energy Bar 832 that has stopped working. After some searching, I found that the problem was with the power supply. works perfectly. I had the symptoms with EB832. Individual port lights lit up, but when you toggled the ports on and off from the Apex or Fusion panel, the ports didn't turn on and you didn't hear a click. Recording. It takes some basic soldering skills to remove the old board and install the new one, but it's pretty easy and there are some good videos if you look for it. Costs.
