Was concerned but so far so good
Bought specifically for sourdough bread. Was concerned heat rating was only 400 deg and I needed for 450 but I figured I'd give it a try since it was significantly less than others and I didn't want to invest a lot just to make bread. I've used it 4 or 5 times so far at 450 without issue. Time will tell but otherwise seems to be well made
