Just received this ladder and it is clearly marked 10ES which is a shorter and cheaper version. You know the difference. They send you a smaller, cheaper version and hope you don't notice. So the other reviewer was correct in assuming that the resulting staircase was not the correct height. I can easily say that I already have 12ES on one of my company machines. Let's see how they fix it and I'll update my review. *UPDATE* OK, I sent the original back and got the correct one 2 weeks later. Now I have a proper ladder, but it was still a pain in the ass. Oh great ladder, by the way, the original ladder has been used on a service truck at least a few times a week for the last 4 years and has never broken down. It's still operational, we just had to add another one. I am pleased to see that this new version has an even higher rated capacity of 375 pounds.
