1 STAR for FALSE advertising!

1 Star means Airline Approved but NOT! I couldn't board my flight. The airline wouldn't let me; Allowing my dog (Chihuahua mix) as the bag is not fully closed/closed. Because of this, I had to pay a fee to change flights, as well as run around and buy another really airline-friendly pet carrier.
