I like how easy it was to use, as well how user friendly everything seemed! It's very intuitive for someone who has no experience with an app of this type before but also had all necessary features included (such us scheduling etc).
You could see which clients were scheduled or not at any given time by looking up your schedule page - so you don't have worry about forgetting anything if they're busy/off-site when needed most; however sometimes there would be times where we'd get alerts saying "client isn’t available" even though he WAS actually logged into his account just fine via desktop version & still able access our website too? This happened maybe once every other day over several months until eventually stopped working altogether after another update came out without warning beforehand either way..it wasn't really worth my while trying anymore since i knew.
