Review on ProspectsForAgents by Jason Wesley

I like that we can send out multiple campaigns at once, which makes it easier when managing our lead volume! We also love how easy this tool is if your not familiar or comfortable using automation tools within Salesforce (which most of us aren't). It's been great having more control over what calls are being placed so far from my desk instead relying upon an agent who doesn’t always have time/interest doing their job correctly as well as me needing assistance myself during peak times - it helps tremendously!! There isn't much dislike about prospectsforagents but 1) they could make calling people via sales force better by adding video tutorials into some modules 2.) there should be other ways besides just clicking buttons 3.). They don't offer any type of phone support either through live chat nor email 4., The price point seems high compared to competitors 5.), Calls seem very short sometimes making them less effective than others 6), Not sure.
