I like the way the information is presented to me on this platform, it's very user friendly. The amount of options that are available to me is overwhelming at first but once you get used to it, it becomes much easier to navigate through the website. It was difficult to navigate through some areas of the site at first, but after a while I got better at using it. This has helped us increase our sales by over 50% since we started using these leads. I like that we can send out multiple campaigns at once, which makes it easier when managing our lead volume! We also love how easy this tool is if your not familiar or comfortable using automation tools within Salesforce (which most of us aren't). It's been great having more control over what calls are being placed so far from my desk instead relying upon an agent who doesn’t always have time/interest doing their job correctly as well as me needing assistance myself during peak times - it helps
