I like that it is easy for my team members to use and access from any device. It is very intuitive and easy to navigate, especially if you are new to using this type of program. I would recommend trying out the free version first before purchasing. There are some functions that aren't available in the free version. I also do not have the ability to set up different time zones within the system. This can be difficult when scheduling events in multiple locations across the country. We are solving this problem by creating an event schedule in one location and then syncing it to our other locations. This has made it easier for all of us to keep track of what's going on in each location.
