I am a very good customer and I understand if there are problems. I'm fine if you fix it and seriously try to fix it. I've been receiving emails from customer support for the past few months, but I still don't have a working product. In the last letter I was asked to take a screwdriver and remove something. Turn off the thermostat. Then see if the compressor kicks in. Bla bla bla. I replied that I didn't buy it to practice my engineering skills and I'm not applying for this position. So too bad. I agreed to take it back to the store and exchange it. I have agreed to switch to another if that would make it easier for her. It's been a few weeks now and no one has replied. I still have a useless piece of junk on the floor and no one to help me. AMAZON, where is your customer support on this. Why let your supplier get away with it?
