I like that I am able to reach out to my customers directly from my website at any time and get their feedback. There is nothing really wrong with this platform. The only thing I dislike about it is how hard it can be to find your way around sometimes when you are new to using it. It would also help if they could give more tutorials or training sessions so people have an easier time getting started. If you want great customer service and easy access to your customers then asknet has got you covered!
