Review on Contrex Most Comfortable Bike Seat by Tony Basler

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is quite a comfortable bike seat

Because I ride my mountain bike over pretty rough terrain, I tend to switch seats regularly. It's always the seat rails that wear and break over time, so the main things I look for in a seat are comfort and a low price. If the more expensive seats don't guarantee that the rails will stand up to rough usage, they just aren't worth the extra cost to me. I should point out that "double steel springs on the bottom of the bike seat" in the description is a bit misleading as these are standard steel seat rails.

Pros
  • The narrow design of the fronts of our bike seat allows the hips to move freely while riding. Double steel rails at the bottom of the bike seat, more stable, with strong shock-absorbing effect and better protection.
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
