Customer Service Matters

Bikesomewhere.com's customer service has turned a comeback into a satisfied customer. The unicycle arrived partially assembled and was easy to put together. However, the hose had a cracked valve stem. Customer service replied to my email the same day and sent a new phone with some photos. Unfortunately the replacement jumped for at least 40psi of pressure. Again the support team was very quick to respond and gave me 20% back with a few photos so I could install the camera at the bike shop. The refund more than covered the repair. I am very happy with the customer service. The tire is good and tight at 30psi. The unicycle seems sturdy enough, but I've only been riding it for a week. Judging by the price, this is good value for money. The tire is actually 29 inches. Not 28 inches. But I took it for a cruise so it's ok. The seat cover is glued on, let's see how it is worn. I feel good. The frame-to-axle mounts don't seem particularly secure, but are probably adequate. It's not for stunts, but curbs likely are. I'm at my limit with a 30" inseam and may need to cut an inch off the seat base with a hacksaw.
