Customer Service Matters

Bikesomewhere.com's customer service has turned a comeback into a satisfied customer. The unicycle arrived partially assembled and was easy to put together. However, the hose had a cracked valve stem. Customer service replied to my email the same day and sent a new phone with some photos. Unfortunately the replacement jumped for at least 40psi of pressure. Again the support team was very quick to respond and gave me 20% back with a few photos so I could install the camera at the bike shop. The…

Great entry-level unicycle!

Pros: - Great build quality - Arrived in perfect condition (little assembly required) - Smooth, comfortable ride Cons: - Nothing so far, but difficult to ride (that thing is high!). I started learning about unicycling and it was one of the most challenging learning experiences I've ever had. I would recommend starting with a smaller size if you are inexperienced. I'm about average height (5'11") and still have to adjust the seat to the lowest height so I can comfortably reach the pedals. If…

Good, reliable unicycle at a great price!

A few months ago I learned to ride a 20 inch bike and I immediately wanted to ride further and faster! agree with other reviewers that it is very well built. To be clear, it is NOT designed for stunts, crashes or more serious MUNI off-road riding. If that's what you're looking for, save some money and buy a Nimbus or Chris Holm: but if, like me, you just want something for on-road travel, short-haul trips, or even off-road use, this is a great choice and should take a long time to do just that.

I love this unicycle!

I bought a Sun Classic unicycle in August 2017. I've owned it for about 2 1/2 years and put over 5,000 miles on it. I mainly used it on roads and bike paths, but I also ran on dirt roads, meadows and sandy beaches. Strengths-1. Easy to use and versatile. This 28/29 inch wheel is considered the smallest of the street unicycles. The smaller wheel allows for an easier free-flowing installation compared to larger wheels. Ideal for many start and stop scenarios such as driving in or around town…

Pros

Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

Read this from a man who actually travels a lot (not just studying).

I'm very picky when it comes to unicycles. I have ridden a 20" TorkerLX, a 26" Nimbus and a 24" Chinese Junk. This unicycle threw them all off track. The first and most important thing that struck me is how comfortable the seat is. Nimbus unicycles are more than twice the price of this one before shipping and the seats are terribly hard.Although they are leather they are just as comfortable to sit on as a rock. The seat on this unicycle is very soft and has good comfort size and offers perfect…
