This is a reliable router/switch that I installed for about 3 months as part of a move to a new house. It's a full-featured device with all the features (and more) that the average household or small business needs. The documentation is very good. If you're reading this, you probably have an On-Q/Legrand box or something similar in your house. This router is intended for installation in structured enclosures. Because it is specifically designed for this use and is relatively expensive, it is not recommended for other installation applications. It serves its purpose and works very well for me. It worked smoothly for me with no issues or issues. However, I have to pour oil on the fire here regarding the power source. In my opinion, it's a mistake for On-Q/Legrand to drop the power adapter and ask customers to pay $19 or more for one after spending $140 on the router itself. My workaround was to not purchase their power supply. I took my newly purchased router to my local electronics store and found a $5 compatible power adapter. I love this router but have to hold back a star because I feel a bit stung.
