I needed this B/C after installing LED headlights on my old truck and the high beam indicator was gone. You really only need 1 resistor for this on one of the high beams (choose the one that's easiest to reach. On the other hand, if you've replaced your turn signal bulbs with LEDs, you'll need 2. It's probably a good idea to mount the resistor on the bottom of the chassis to keep it from vibrating and disconnecting.
