. They fit well and in general I liked it. I tried them based on reviews - 4 pairs total, bought at the same time as 3 pairs of similar wool blend socks from Gold Toe. They fit a little better, but they're thicker and don't move as well. For some reason they also wear out quicker - two pairs, one sock each, there's already a hole at the bottom that needs plugging, but I doubt I'll bother with that. Maybe the hook grew, but since it's only happened on these, I think they're just weaved that way, the hook can quickly lead to a hole. That's not the case with my golden toes - I've never had a hole in them - they wear out at the ball and heel before I've ever seen a hole. These People socks were comfortable but I think I'll try other brands or personally go for Gold Toe.
