So when I first saw them I was like, 'Wow, this is a game changer! Super idea!" But I will say after working with them they are similar to the standard embedded nuts when installed. The reason is that they are not as easy to fit as advertised and then the washer will not fit properly if Don't push them in. I'm not sure if I did anything wrong with the installation but I followed a few tutorial videos to make sure I didn't miss anything Overall they are quite durable and help to maintain uniformity in the rack. But when it comes to assembly, they don't save much time compared to cage nuts. Although after installing the unit, I had much less scratches on my hands. And my hands don't cramp as much.
