Makes very inefficient use of the bulky A23 battery. The supplied battery was empty after about two weeks. I replaced it with a new Energizer battery and after about a month it was losing 2 volts (12 volts) and random dips in speed indicate signals are not being read. It will need to be replaced soon. My previous bike computer (Bell) had batteries that lasted many years. Wrong AVE (average speed) is displayed every few cycles! It's very annoying trying to keep the AVE above 17mph and then suddenly it's 16.5! This device is not designed to show reminders (wrenches) about bike service intervals, but will still show them - with no instructions on how to remove them. This shows bad software piracy!
