Not working Very well

I installed the sensor on the rear wheel and it is not connected to the sensor. Also, during installation the clip holding the sensor broke and now I can't install it. It will be thrown out immediately.

Pros
  • Hands-free mode
Cons
  • Appearance

Waste of Money: Outdoor Sports & Leisure Accessories

I have bought two of these units in 8 months but in that time they stopped working or became very unstable. I swapped both batteries and nothing changed. Not worth wasting your time with them.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • No Automatic

50 percent: Bike Computer

Bought two of these for our new bikes. Good setting. Worked great except for the rear window. Then mine went on and off. Pickup adjusted, still not working. Buy with caution. It was great while it worked. There is no support to contact.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • High Price

You get what you pay for

That's fine, but the attachment of the device to the wheel spoke is not very secure. I found the device to be unintuitive to use and choosing the right setting for calibration was a little tricky. Satisfied with everything.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Bad impression

Good value for money

Good value for money. Easy enough to install, but be sure to use tape when installing the sensor on the front fork as most fork surfaces are not flat. It's a little fiddly to press the buttons with full cycling gloves on, but it's not that different from the expensive hiking device it replaces. In operation for just over a month so I don't know how reliable it will be.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Poor power management

Makes very inefficient use of the bulky A23 battery. The supplied battery was empty after about two weeks. I replaced it with a new Energizer battery and after about a month it was losing 2 volts (12 volts) and random dips in speed indicate signals are not being read. It will need to be replaced soon. My previous bike computer (Bell) had batteries that lasted many years. Wrong AVE (average speed) is displayed every few cycles! It's very annoying trying to keep the AVE above 17mph and then…

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Don't really like it, it's ok
