All USB ports work at 35 Mbit/s, not at full speed 3.0. I think the problem is in the Z390 chipset. I have 3 Asus motherboards doing the same thing. Loading: First, I installed 2 Samsung 2TB 970 Plus M2 SSDs. The system would not boot if both were installed first. I uninstalled one, booted it up, then reinstalled the second and booted it up without incident. Update: The USB ports have improved to 245 MPS after a lot of work. The board is not an ATX board and does not fit all 9 pins. The 24-pin power connector dangles from the unsupported edge and is difficult to install without being careful not to damage the board.
