I ordered this case and when it arrived it was just an empty envelope. I had to report it and the automated system said "Send the old one back." Well there wasn't one so I wrote to customer service who was kind enough to tell me not to worry . It hasn't been 30 days yet so we'll see if they try to charge me for that. Arrived at last, and while the keyboard looks like the original, with the white bits where they should be, no light comes through the lid. EVERY computer this cover is designed for has backlit buttons. So why, I ask, should the cover be designed to block light almost completely? If people want to turn off the lights, this can be done using the controls on the car. Returns due to a total blockage of the keyboard backlight will cost the same as the product itself.
