My son got this for Christmas and we were purposely careful about plugging in as you could tell the quality of the charging port was low. Within 2 months of minimal use, the prongs in the charge port had broken off making it unable to be charged. When we contacted customer service and learned we were still in warranty window they said they would send a charge port and we could figure it out. I admitted I didn’t have tools of my own needed and they suggested I take it to a shop. The cost for labor is more than a scooter is worth and when I asked if they would pay for that bill since it’s still in warranty I got crickets. Not to mention the poor grammar and text style talking in what should be professional emails. Don’t waste your money on this product just because it has cool lights your kids like. They won’t get much use out of it or the "great product support” they advertise.
