Item arrived with multiple paint chips and rings of wear at the screw holes. Thought the wear might just be from testing in factory. Gave it a shot but the thing won’t even go up hill reliably. Even on flat roads my son had to lean back hard on the button to get it to go. Son was super excited but in tears at the end.Ordered the blue one of same type and that thing constantly beeped for not detecting pressure on the buttons and had similar scratches. Definitely won’t try another.

I bought this scooter for my 8 year old and they absolutely love it. The weight limit states 154 lbs max weight limit. While I don't weigh that much, I was surprised that it actually held my weight and I was able to ride this around. It says the max speed is 7.5 mph. Finicky product even though brand new. Should have known better as a friends broke after just a few months. Beeps at weird times for no reason. Worst customer service ever. They just don’t get back to you.

My son got this for Christmas and we were purposely careful about plugging in as you could tell the quality of the charging port was low. Within 2 months of minimal use, the prongs in the charge port had broken off making it unable to be charged. When we contacted customer service and learned we were still in warranty window they said they would send a charge port and we could figure it out. This item did have a dirty spot and some knicks on it. We were not happy about that. But overall, it is a well made product. The pink is very pretty. My niece will be thrilled.

This product was easy to assemble. This product also advertised for kids 6-12, we got it for my 5 year old and it was a little tall for her. However, my older daughter (22) did enjoy it and had tons of fun on it. Runs smoothly and my younger daughter will enjoy it once she gets the hang of it. Loved the safety feature of having to stand on the buttons with your feet, your child really feel in control of the speed!

My 8 yo son loves this electric scooter. It was a Christmas gift. It charges quickly and is very quiet, smooth. My son figured out how to operate fairly quickly. The light is a nice feature since he rides it after dark in our street a lot. Helps for visibility and looks cool.

My seven year old son has only had this for a month, but he loves it. It runs at one speed, which has been great for him to learn how to regulate for himself. It is very durable and looks nice.

My son loves his scooter took him 2 weeks to learn how to ride it but once he figured it out he wants to ride everyday all day til the battery runs out has a good battery life also I have no bad things to say about this scooter

Love it but the seal that covers the charging port broke off on day 2. The charging port is also hard to push the charger into. I hope it does not break. Lots of money to throw away.

Fantastic scooter that is well built. Our 6 year old is really enjoying this heavy duty scooter.The only complaint I have is the charging cord is too short. I charge the scooter in the garage so I have to use an extension cord. If I was plugging in the scooter inside where the outlets are near the floor this wouldn’t be an issue.The charging cover on the scooter also fell off on the first day. Not a great design there.

It did need some assembly but my daughter loves it! She is 10 and a half and the scooter does go a little faster than I thought it would but it is a great gift for any boy or girl! I do think that they should be at least 8 or older because of its speed.

A friend of mine had purchased this for their child and I was impressed with the lower level of speed. It is perfect! My son feels in control of the scooter and it has really boosted his confidence. We bought this item from Revain as well as a hover board direct from gotrax. The hoverboard had a wheel lockup issue within a month and this scooter failed to hold a charge almost immediately after we assembled it. Their customer service is slow (multiple follow ups required) and unfriendly. They refused to repair the hoverboard and only agreed to replace the scooter after multiple attempts (still waiting for the replacement, and holding my breath that we ever get it).
