I bought this scooter for my 8 year old and they absolutely love it. The weight limit states 154 lbs max weight limit. While I don't weigh that much, I was surprised that it actually held my weight and I was able to ride this around. It says the max speed is 7.5 mph. While it doesn't seem like that's fast, when you are riding it though, it actually feels a lot faster. The scooter is really lightweight to carry and it's so easy to charge. While my 8 year old will ride it during the day, they like it better at night because the front wheel lights up. They ride this with their friends and while the other kids have a bike, mine is still passing them up on their scooter. What I love about this scooter is the handle is fully adjustable with the height which means the scooter will grow with them. Really is a lot of fun to ride and find this a lot safer than a hoverboard.
