We bought this item from Revain as well as a hover board direct from gotrax. The hoverboard had a wheel lockup issue within a month and this scooter failed to hold a charge almost immediately after we assembled it. Their customer service is slow (multiple follow ups required) and unfriendly. They refused to repair the hoverboard and only agreed to replace the scooter after multiple attempts (still waiting for the replacement, and holding my breath that we ever get it). I recommend you look elsewhere for an electric scooter. Numerous other providers out there, and this company will let you down.
