I love this grill pan! I use it all the time to cook so many different dishes on the stove top and in the oven. It cleans well and for the most part doesn't stick, but leaves stains. It can also be washed in the dishwasher! I use the side of the pan in the oven lined with parchment paper to keep it clean. I love how it cooks chicken thighs to perfection at 350 for about an hour and a half. You have to be careful when grilling on the stove because it can smoke the house, but if you open a few windows and turn on the fan, everything is fine. I recommend this item and it makes a great gift for people who love to cook!
