I love this grill pan! I use it all the time to cook so many different dishes on the stove top and in the oven. It cleans well and for the most part doesn't stick, but leaves stains. It can also be washed in the dishwasher! I use the side of the pan in the oven lined with parchment paper to keep it clean. WOW I bought one of these from COSTCO a few months ago to see how it would work on my Smoke Hollow Grill. wow again Cleaning is now very easy, the grill no longer drips.
