This is a water based product. It's syas, it's on the side. I noticed this after seeing the product dripping onto the doors and windows of my Mazda CX5. Folks, the vast majority of rubber used in cars is chemical resistant rubber. A water-based "solution" is nothing more than a placebo. It was immediately apparent that this product did not condition my tires. I've seen significantly better results with the Meguirs vinyl profile. Find a solution that restores the lost oil in the rubber and provides protection from UV damage. It's not like this.
