Update: I have upgraded to 5 stars. Anova's customer service was excellent. They promptly emailed me a return label. After UPS scanned the label, a replacement was made. I received it very quickly. Good company and good product. I recommend this product and this company. I bought my Sous Vide Anova Culinary ANTC01 on April 23, 2020 and received it on May 7, 2020. I have used it 5 times. On July 3, 2020 I noticed it had developed a large stress crack and went to the Revain website to return or exchange it. However, the return window has expired. I went to the Anova website to check the warranty information. They offer a 100-day no-questions-asked return policy. However, this only applies if you buy it directly from them. I don't understand why the difference. You are also a seller at Revain. I applied for an exchange on their website. I like the product but it looks like I received a defective one. Bottom line: if you want this product and I think it's a good product, buy it directly from Anova and not Revain for a guarantee. I'll update this after I get a reply from Anova.
