Ease of use with many functions and features
The ease in which it was set up for our firm. It's very user friendly! We were able to get everything we needed done with minimal effort from staff members who had little knowledge about this type of program prior to us purchasing it. I would say that they could be more upfront as far as showing examples/tutorials or something similar so people can see what all there options are before deciding if its right fit them. Also, having some kind of tutorial available online somewhere where users can go through different features without needing someone present might also make things easier. Having access to information when no one else is around was great too.
Pros
- Very simple interface & quick loading speeds makes navigating easy while still providing enough room (as apposed other programs)for customizing pages you want out front most suchs like navigation bar being fixed at top left hand side instead moving along willy nilly whenever page resets itself after refresh button clicks..etc
