I like that Archadmin has a lot of useful features. I like that it is easy to use, and the customer support is great. I dislike that it can be a little confusing at first. I have no complaints about this product at all - we've been using archadmin since 2013 without any problems whatsoever! I like the ease of use. I like the ability to customize the software to fit the needs of the practice. There are some features that I wish were better integrated. The best thing about this program is that it's very user friendly. I have been able to learn how to navigate the system in only a few short days. It has helped me streamline my workflow. I dislike having to open multiple windows for different tasks. If I need to do something with one program, I will close out of another program and then go back into the first.
