Good brightness control, you can change the color (white vs warm or a combination of both), the brightness (about 4 levels) and whether you have both ring lights or just one want to switch on, control . I didn't appreciate the quality of the camera as there is no camera included in the kit. The camera mount was just right for my camera (I used a standard 1/4" threaded socket for the camera mount). A phone mount was also included which I did not use but looked good for the quality. The strength is adequate , slightly lighter than I wanted.This is because the entire light (both rings, camera mount and control cable) is held by one clamp.It holds up but I was concerned it would slide off the stand I was on mounted it whilst adjusting the metal flex tubes to get the light rings and camera mount where I wanted it ended up not slipping it moving I think I have to say it was designed correctly but itself felt a little light in strength Would have liked a bigger/stronger spring in the clamp I used this for my daily Zoom/Teams meetings as I work full time from home and have 6-12 meetings a day There s office window faces east, so depending on the time of day, I either had a full sun background that made me look silhouetted, or I needed lighting in the room that cast an odd shadow on my head. (Ok, I'll admit it. It was actually a look at my bald head). This ring lighting system eliminates silhouette and glare. Depending on the lighting in the room, I liked being able to adjust the color and brightness to make other meeting participants look normal.
