Brush and scraper work as they should. I have a problem with the functioning of the telescope. This replaced a similar brush/scraper which I really liked. With the old simple rotation of one end relative to the other, it would snap into place. This new one requires you to hold on to one end and twist the center handle. The problem is that you don't know which end to hold on to, so try and fail every time. In addition, the lock is unreliable, which is why it often loosened. Then the day before yesterday, in a snowstorm, I stretched it and the two parts separated. I couldn't put them back together so I had to clear the snow off my truck by hand. OK. So this one goes in the bin and I try another brand.
