Review on HFEIX Filter Computer Magnetic Length by Johnny Burns

I received these to replace an old Demci filter for my supply air fans which I have had for almost 10 years. The Demci are great, don't get me wrong, but the screen grille size is a little "thinner" than theirs. Fan filters are a compromise between the amount of fine dust they collect and the airflow. The thinner the screen mesh, the more dust it collects, but the greater the restriction on airflow, and more powerful fans may be required to compensate. I chose these filters because their mesh size is slightly larger than my Demci as I wanted to increase airflow for more cooling at the expense of a little more dust. We've yet to find out, but like the Demci filter, I can already see that the dust they remove from my computer only lasts a few days, so they're really effective!
