Review on Greartisan Electric Reduction Centric Diameter Industrial Electrical by Michael Schwegman

I recently needed a small DC motor for a small grinder I made for a customer and this seems to fit my needs as it has low torque gear settings. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong item so I contacted the seller and got back to me straight away which is quite a rare occurrence and I explained to him what had happened and he acted quickly and took full responsibility and just asked me to make a To take a picture of the item I have been sent. I took a picture and sent it back and he found it wrong and offered to send me a new one and keep the old one. He even gave me options to choose from. Not what you see in a seller these days. He cares more about his customers than his product, which I really appreciate. Will definitely order from this seller because I will in the future!
