Ease of Use: Knife Sharpener
I think what stands out is the ease of use. I don't even have to look up the instructions, I don't have to worry about which direction or orientation (just the sharp side down of course). It doesn't take long to sharpen my knives either. I've tried it on relatively large ones for slicing meat and small ones for slicing fruit, it works great.
