Review on Men's Shoes: Alexis Leroy Checked Canvas Espadrilles by Brad Davis

These shoes are well made but have two downsides. First, the plaid fabric has not been cut or gathered to allow the shoe to fit when worn. Second, they run small and have virtually no stretch like most espadrilles. With a small toe box, they are pretty tight. If you order these, consider going half a size larger than you normally wear. Given the price, none of the downsides bother me, but I'll only wear them in limited quantities unless I plan to go far.
