Getting Bluetooth to work with my child's Kindle was a challenge. I could get it working for a while but it would crash or not work and I would have to reconnect. My kids only use headphones when we travel long distances, so it can take six months before they start using headphones. It's usually because the kid is going crazy because he's stuck in the car for six hours and I can't get his headphones to work fast enough. I have emailed support every time this has happened. They always wanted to help me fix the problem and we were looking for a long-term solution to why the bluetooth headphones kept falling off. In the middle of all this, a crazy event happened in my life and I gave up. My private life was too busy to respond to an email through headphones. Instead, I bought the wired version of these headphones from Gadget. They worked great. Fast forward 9 months (and 2 years after I bought wireless headphones). All of a sudden I get an email from Little Gadgets asking if I have a problem. I told them yes but don't worry as I bought another set. They emailed me, apologized and offered to refund my money if I sent them my mailing address and proof of purchase. Guys, these earbuds are out of warranty and they offered to refund my money! This is unthinkable for most companies. I declined their offer because they were so sweet and it could very well be my fault for not knowing how to use technology. But based on my years of experience with the wired set, I asked if they would be willing to send me another wired set for my other child. Two days later a new set was released. Works great and everyone is happy, happy. I would buy it again right away. SMALL DEVICES IS AN AMAZING COMPANY. I highly recommend all of their products. You have little to lose.
