I love this deodorant, but using it takes practice. I can only use it after showering as it only works on clean skin. I will use it during the day from time to time, but there are definitely a few steps to take before using it. I've always struggled with bad BO and I've found that washing with benzoyl peroxide in the shower and letting it sit for a few minutes works best for me. This way you can get rid of any bacteria before applying this product. While using this deodorant takes some work, I think it's worth it because it's the only deodorant that has never irritated me and its smell doesn't mix badly with my own natural scent. When I go through all the steps in my routine I find that my BO drops significantly, but if I don't shower for more than a day I find that the smell is harder to wash off and the deodorant is less effective.
