Review on 660CK Package Reciever Speakers Existing by Chris Hanson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Only if you are on a budget.

If you're on a tight budget (like I was when I bought this) this isn't a bad idea. It's on a budget and was a bit unimpressed. Top demands cannot be correct, because even at maximum volume you will not cause any discomfort to your passengers. Unless your song has really high frequencies. Don't expect this head unit to power four speakers as well as I did. Even two KENWOOD 6.5si will sound weak when powered by this unit. However, if you have a subwoofer to make up for the missing mids, the system sounds good at best. I have this unit, which powers the speakers that came with it, and two Kenwoods. I also have two dozen in the trunk. There's still a gap where the mids should be. Also, an extra plug works. Working with USB is a bit annoying, it only sorts alphabetically, but you can click randomly. You can only adjust treble and bass. No center adjustment. CDs take forever to play once inserted. Red backlit keys are difficult to read. Hope that helps. If it wasn't so cheap I would probably give it one star. Maybe two by the way. Another review said you can't pause a CD? you can.pause is located above preset button 5.
