Review on Pestairs 360° Swivel Stake Anchor by Krista Johnson

I was hesitant to believe the 'tangle free' claim because honestly it's not that different from a coiled dog leash. Add to that the only thing holding it down is a couple of screws and I was fully prepared to hit the return button after the first use. But two things happened. Firstly and most importantly the company notified me 2 days after purchase and told me that some of their batches had a defect and if mine looks or behaves as they said then I need to let them know that they have a sent new ones. . Coincidentally, mine actually had a small defect (a spinning ball could get stuck in a bad weld), and I replied to the email as soon as I found out about it. They immediately sent me a new one and didn't even ask to send the old one. The second thing that happened was that my dogs never got tangled the first time I used them (with rope, not wire. Probably the main thing). I had two large German Shepherds on the same leash with a single loop between them (tie in the middle). They wandered about the camp, eating, drinking, minding their own business and never being confused. It also never wobbled or even showed signs of weakening. Great product, even better company. Do not be shy.
