Review on ☕ Coffee Maker by Brim by Chris Pinkston

Simple process; Great coffee

I very rarely write reviews but in this case I wanted to share how simple and unobtrusive this coffee maker is - a real bonus in ease of use for pourover lovers comes with a reusable metal cone filter but I use brown paper cone filters instead because I really dislike the feel of coffee grounds on my hands and the mess they can make when trying to clean reusable filters or a machine press. So for the past few years I've been making coffee in bulk, one cup at a time, which makes great coffee but is time consuming, and it's hard to come to terms with not having a coffee maker that can make more coffee, when friends come over. . Enter the end. Tastes like coffee, strong and soft, but without multiple standing and pouring. Instead, you simply fill the water tank, put the coffee grounds in the filter (or use a metal filter) and press the start button. After 5 minutes it will beep and you come back and get your well brewed coffee. When cleaning, I go to the compost bin, put the used filter filter in it, and then pour myself a coffee. Then I only have to rinse out the jug and the portafilter. Ready. If you're used to more traditional coffee makers with features like preset brewing time or coffee temperature maintenance, then this coffee maker might not be for you. In fact, it is not intended for this type of coffee drinking. But if you're a lover of pour-over coffee and find the manual bottling process too complicated and time-consuming, this coffee maker will brew a delicious cup of coffee for one person with minimal cleanup. And it will also be a good coffee pot for 4-5 people (where manual pouring becomes really difficult). I like it. I've been using it for a month, almost every day, there were no problems with the equipment - the coffee is hot, the brew is even.

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Too long to wait
