I've only recently started making horseshoes. The new shoes are covered with a protective coating (the old shoes are covered in rust), so I looked for an inexpensive sandblaster to do the job: remove the coating. So, this just popped up (really fast shipping) and I wanted to try it, but I didn't have any media, so I ran to the local beach and picked up some sand. I had to sift the sand with kitchen utensils and let it dry a bit, but when I did that the blaster worked just fine. This is great for small projects or bigger ones if you have the patience. The bunker goes through the sand pretty quickly, but the siphon option should fix that. If you're looking for a cheap sandblaster that's ready, don't hesitate!
